ROLE SUMMARY:
We are searching for an experienced coach to join the Auckland Rugby high-performance coaching team as the NPC Assistant Coach responsible for the defence portfolio.
In addition to supporting the NPC Head Coach to achieve sustainable success, you will also support the delivery of other key high-performance programs as specialist resource coach. You will be responsible for providing quality coaching across programs including The NPC Campaign, male and female high performance academy programs, community coach development as well as amateur flagship team programs.
This role also supports the identification of local talent, driving standards and promoting the behaviours of the Auckland Rugby Way, as well as playing a key role in developing a high-performance culture within the NPC team, Auckland Rugby high-performance programs and wider organisation.
