ROLE SUMMARY:
As Accounts Officer based in the Melbourne office, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance function with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and other finance tasks across the Australian region. You will ensure prompt processing and reconciliation of areas encompassing bank accounts, suppliers and customer transactions. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role with emphasis being placed on being a strong communicator, organised and able to collaborate with stakeholders in the business.
 
ABOUT YOU:

• Finance Qualification: Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or similar.
• Accounting Experience: 1-2 years’ experience working in a similar role within a Finance team focusing on end-to-end AP/AR and Cash management.
• Financial Systems: Experience using SAP is desirable with strong Microsoft excel ability.
• Relationship Management skills: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate to others.
• Sports and Events: An interest in sports and major events would be well regarded but it is not essential.
