- Leadership of a small, collaborative HR team
- Exposure to complex and meaningful ER/IR and EBA work
- A role where you can influence leaders and drive real organisational impact
- Purpose-led organisation doing meaningful work in the community
- A supportive, values-driven environment with strong leadership

About You You’re a grounded and confident HR leader who enjoys being both hands-on and influential.
You’re comfortable stepping into environments where things aren’t perfect - and you see that as an opportunity, not a blocker. You ask questions, challenge thinking and bring solutions that improve how things work.
