About the Opportunity
This is a hands-on HR Business Partner opportunity where you’ll work side-by-side with leaders, supporting day-to-day people matters and delivering key people initiatives across the organisation.
You’ll play a key role in lifting capability across the business, helping implement frameworks that genuinely support leaders and teams - not just tick a box. Alongside this, you’ll be involved in supporting the renewal of the Enterprise Agreement, contributing to what is often a complex but highly impactful piece of work.
Importantly, there is flexibility built into this role - it can be structured as either full-time or part-time, depending on what works best.
What’s on Offer
- Flexibility to structure the role as full-time or part-time
- Purpose-led organisation doing genuinely meaningful work
- A collaborative, down-to-earth and supportive team
- Exposure to key projects (capability uplift + EA renewal)
- Variety across both operational HR and project work
- The opportunity to build strong relationships across the business and make a real impact
About the Role
You’ll partner closely with leaders across the organisation, providing practical, day-to-day HR support while contributing to broader people initiatives.
Your role will include:
- Supporting ER/IR matters including performance, grievances and workplace issues
- Coaching leaders on people management and decision-making
- Contributing to the implementation of capability frameworks
- Supporting the Enterprise Agreement renewal process
- Partnering on workforce planning, engagement and people initiatives
- Using data and insights to inform practical outcomes
About You
You’re a grounded, practical HR professional who enjoys being close to the business and building strong relationships with leaders.
You’ll likely bring: - Experience in a generalist HR or HRBP role
- Strong ER/IR capability
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to influence and build trust with leaders
- Industry knowledge across sectors such as community health, not for profit, local government sectors would be advantageous.
- Exposure to capability frameworks or Enterprise Agreement processes (ideal, not essential)
Most importantly, you’re someone who rolls up their sleeves and gets things done.
