If you’re an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-moving environments and genuinely enjoys being the calm, capable person behind a CEO - this one is special.
I’m partnering with a respected, purpose-driven organisation based in Mansfield to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Leadership Team.

- Support procurement processes and prepare financial reports
- Champion continuous improvement across systems and administrative processes
- Maintain accurate and compliant records in line with public sector standards
This is a role where judgement, discretion and initiative matter. You’ll operate with autonomy and professionalism, freeing the CEO to focus on strategic leadership.
