Advanced Mobile Plant Operator - 2&1 Roster

We are seeking experienced Excavator and Dozer Operators to join our tier 1 mining client in the Pilbara region. This is for an ongoing contract role, giving you job security on a family and travel friendly 2&1 roster.

Pay Rates:

• $70 per hour
• Weekly Pay
• Super on all hours

Location: FIFO from Perth only, Pilbara region
Work Type: Contract 2&1 roster
Start: Late Feb / Early March
What You’ll Do:

• Safely operate heavy machinery including excavators, loaders, and other plant to support civil construction activities. 
• Perform basic pre‑start checks, routine maintenance and safety inspections
• Follow site plans, instructions, and safety procedures to deliver quality work on time

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a mobile plant operator. Site has Liebherr 600t machines onsite – need experience on machines over 400t. Strong D10 or D11 experience, complementary Loader (994’s), Graders (16 and 24m’s) well regarded, but majority of work on Dozers and Excavators.
• Need to have worked loading autonomous trucks.
• Relevant tickets/licences
• Current Construction White Card
• National Police Clearance within 6 months
• Strong focus on safety and teamwork
