We are currently seeking an experienced Processing Supervisor for a FIFO role from PERTH WA. This is an ongoing contracts working with a team of 12+ in a fast paced processing plant.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Processing Superintendent, you will lead and supervise daily processing operations, ensuring production targets, safety, and quality standards are consistently met. This is a hands-on supervisory role overseeing the entire plant and driving team performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of 12 processing operators
• Oversee operations across the entire plant, including:
  
  • Crushing
  • Screening
  • Wet Plant
  • Train Load Out Facility (TLO)
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards
• Monitor production, manage resources, and report on performance
• Support training, mentoring, and development of staff
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage daily schedules and workflows

Requirements

• Previous Processing Supervisor experience 
• Section 26 (S26) Supervisor Certification 
• Strong knowledge of fixed plant operations
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Commitment to safety and operational excellence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced processing environment
• National Police Clearance Certificate
• High risk License
• Ability to pass the pre-employment medical
• Current and valid work rights

Role Details

• Immediate start
• 2:2 roster
• Ongoing contract
• Pay rate: approx. $90 per hour
