Job Title: Bulldozer Operator
Location: Goondiwindi, Queensland
Roster: 11 days on / 3 days off (Fri–Sun)
Role Type: Long‑term, temp‑to‑perm available
Summary:
Join a respected earth‑moving and civil construction business based in Goondiwindi. We’re looking for an experienced bulldozer/operator with solid skills on the blade to join our crew on a long‑term basis.
Key Details:

• Operate bulldozer equipment on varied earthworks tasks (land clearing, bulk work, pad/road formation, finish trim) Gore Earthmoving+1
• Work roster: 11‑on / 3‑off (Fri‑Sun)
• Temp initially, with view to ongoing permanent employment
• Based in Goondiwindi region with project work across Queensland/NSW

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience operating bulldozers on civil, mining or large‑scale earthworks sites
• Valid plant operator ticket (dozer) or equivalent, White Card, valid driver’s licence
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and productivity — consistent with the company’s values of Safety, Quality, Productivity & Culture 
• Ability to work independently, interpret site plans/levels, perform pre‑starts and basic maintenance
• Willingness to travel within project region and commit to the roster
