We’re looking for a senior Tax Specialist to take on a firm-wide technical role focused on advisory, training, and capability uplift. You’ll act as the go-to technical expert, supporting partners and staff on complex tax and superannuation matters while driving training and improving technical standards across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advice on complex tax matters (Div 7A, CGT, FBT, GST, trusts, international tax)
• Research and deliver clear, practical written advice
• Support structuring, transactions, and tax planning strategies
• Deliver internal training and technical updates
• Develop technical resources, guides, and newsletters
• Review complex returns and assist with objections
• Improve templates, processes, and technical consistency
• Oversee SMSF systems and related training

About You

• Experience in public practice
• Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax and SMSF
• Experience in a senior advisory or technical role
• CA/CPA qualified 
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Able to simplify complex technical issues
