We’re partnering with a high-performing boutique accounting firm in the Melbourne CBD that is continuing to grow and is now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Accountant to its Business Advisory team.

Known for its strong client relationships and genuinely supportive culture, it offers the opportunity to work closely with Partners while still maintaining balance, flexibility, and a down-to-earth environment.

About the Position
This is a hands on Business Advisory role, ideal for a Senior Accountant who enjoys being close to clients and involved in the bigger picture not just compliance.

Your Role Will Include

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns and BAS
• Managing a portfolio of SME and business advisory clients
• Providing strategic and commercial advice
• Building long-term client relationships
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

About You

• 4+ years’ experience in Public Practice
• CA or CPA qualified (or close to completion)
• Confident communicating with clients
• Team-oriented and values culture
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
