About the Role As the HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will be a key player in driving HR initiatives across our Canadian operations, with ample opportunities for career advancement. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of HR in the UK, you will lead efforts in employee relations, organizational development, and performance management, all while navigating the complexities of a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance workforce planning and drive organizational change, particularly as the company expands globally.
• Spearhead initiatives that elevate the employee experience, address cultural challenges, and promote overall wellbeing, ensuring a thriving workplace culture.
• Implement effective performance management systems that empower employees and align individual contributions with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance and support to leaders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development that enhances leadership capabilities across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, leveraging data analytics to deliver actionable insights that inform decision-making and enhance HR operations.
• Ensure adherence to Canadian employment legislation while effectively managing employee relations, especially as the company scales its operations.
• Partner with global teams to align HR strategies and adapt global initiatives to meet the unique needs of Canadian operations.

HIRING RANGE

Compensation and Benefits:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000 to $135,000 annually. In addition to a competitive salary, you will enjoy:
