Our well-established, Toronto-based Financial Services client is seeking a high-energy and proactive HR support professional to join their growing team for a 12-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of HR or Administrative experience who is looking to contribute to a dynamic team during an exciting period of growth!

As the company continues to expand, the HR team is managing increased recruitment and administrative demands. You’ll play a key role in supporting a well-established HR team and will be involved in a variety of tasks!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting with organizing company events
- Drafting offer letters, promotion letters, etc.
- Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks
- Contributing to recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a very outgoing, high-energy, collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a customer-focused mindset - someone who loves to dive in, take initiative, and who isn't afraid to ask questions! If you have at least 1 year of experience in HR or Administration support and are comfortable managing multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality, this could be the perfect role for you. Strong communication skills, the ability to work both independently and as a team, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. Experience with ADP is a plus, but not required.
