Qualifications: - Proven experience implementing Dayforce HCM, specifically for U.S. employee groups.
- Strong foundational knowledge of payroll processes (U.S. and/or Canadian payroll experience preferred).
- Hands-on expertise in data transfer and migration from legacy systems.
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects forward with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Experience in mentoring team members and fostering knowledge sharing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, especially during testing and troubleshooting phases.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies is an asset.
Additional Details: - Location: Candidates in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) are preferred for occasional in-office requirements.
- Contract Type: Open to both employees and contractors, depending on the candidate's preference.
- Future Opportunities: Potential for a permanent role within the organization based on business needs and performance.
