Join Our Client's Team as a Credit Administrator!
*13-month maternity leave contract*

What You’ll Do: As a Credit Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing cash applications with accuracy and efficiency.
- Preparing and sending invoices along with supporting documents.
- Performing journal entries, particularly during month-end close.
- Building strong client relationships to ensure timely payments.
- Conducting collection calls
- Collaborating with other departments (e.g., sales and finance) to resolve issues effectively.

- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication to engage effectively with clients.

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage X3), SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing circumstances and handle various tasks efficiently.
- Compliance Awareness: Understanding of laws and regulations governing collection practices.
What You Bring: - A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with electronic filing of journal entries is a plus.

This is a 13-month maternity leave contract with an annual salary of $55,000.The position follows a hybrid work model, requiring 2-3 days per week in the Markham office.
