About the role
Site leadership role of a rope access geotechnical and rock fall mitigation team at the Boddington Gold Mine You will drive team engagement, client liaison and problem solve operational challenges. Day to day rock fall mitigation project deliverables include Safety, Quality, Financial, Planning and Environmental, and developing the project scope on site. Based at Boddington.
You will have support from the broader Geovert leadership and delivery teams, and relocation support is available for overseas or inter-state individuals.
About you
You will be a proven Site Leader from the mining and ideally also rope access industry experience, who brings a robust a collaborative project management approach. The project scope continues to develop and grow, offering technical challenges. We offer a flexible and autonomous environment where your ideas are valued.
- Site Supervisor or Management experience
- Mining industry experience
- Geotechnical and rock fall mitigation knowledge
- Operational KPI and cost management.
