About the Role
Geovert is currently seeking experienced and motivated Geotechnical Rope Access Technicians (L1–L3), Rope Access Supervisors, Geotechnical Labourers, and Geotechnical Drillers to join our growing team.

With projects across Western Australia and the East Coast, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of geotechnical and ground engineering projects in dynamic environments.
In these roles, you will be involved in:

• Rope access installation and geotechnical works
• Ground support activities including scaling, bolting, and mesh installation
• Drilling operations (percussive and casing techniques preferred)
• Supporting project delivery in line with safety, quality, and production targets
• Working collaboratively within high-performing site teams

About You
You are a safety-focused and reliable team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to contribute across a range of geotechnical activities.
You will ideally bring:

• IRATA Rope Access certification (L1–L3) or supervisory experience
• Previous experience in geotechnical, civil, or mining environments
• Drilling experience (percussive and casing highly regarded)
• A proactive attitude and ability to work in physically demanding conditions
• Strong commitment to health, safety, and teamwork

Additional tickets and experience that will be highly regarded:

• Working at Heights, First Aid & CPR
• Dogging, Rigging, or relevant site tickets
• HR Licence or other machinery competencies
