About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Geotechnical Rope Access Technician Supervisor (Level 3) to lead crews across a range of challenging geotechnical projects across Australia.

In this role, you’ll take full responsibility for site operations, overseeing rope access activities, coordinating teams, and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll be a key leader on site, driving safety, quality, and productivity while mentoring and supporting your crew.

This is an opportunity for a proven supervisor who thrives in demanding environments and takes pride in delivering exceptional project outcomes.
We’re also on the lookout for:

• Geotechnical Rope Access Technicians (L1/L2/L3)
• Geotechnical Drillers
• Geotechnical Labourers

Please note due to business requirement we are prioritising candidates with Geotechnical experience.

About You
You are a motivated and safety-focused Geotechnical Rope Access Technician Supervisor with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering high-quality results in challenging environments. You take pride in working safely, efficiently, and as part of a collaborative team.

• IRATA qualified
• Current Working at Heights, First Aid & CPR
• Drilling experience preferred
• Strong commitment to HSE procedures and safe work practices
• Willingness to travel and work across various project locations
• Keen to develop skills and grow within a leading geotechnical company
