About the Role
Geovert is seeking an experienced Drilling Supervisor to lead our crews across a range of geotechnical and ground engineering projects.

We have multiple opportunities across the East Coast, offering the chance to work on diverse and challenging sites. You’ll take ownership of drilling operations driving safety, productivity, and quality while supporting and developing your team.

Working closely with project managers, you’ll ensure jobs are delivered on time and to a high standard. This is a long-term opportunity with stability, variety, and ongoing training and development.

About You
You’re a proven drilling professional with leadership experience and a strong background in mining, hard rock drifting, or geotechnical drilling.
You lead from the front, communicate well, and take pride in running safe, efficient sites.

• Supervisory or leading hand experience in drilling operations
• IRATA Qualification preferred
• Strong background in geotechnical, mining, or hard rock drilling
• Micro piling and casing drilling experience highly desirable
• Familiar with S2 Baretta masts and/or EX300 Ripamonti rigs (advantageous)
• Strong commitment to HSE and team leadership
• Reliable, proactive, and team-focused
