About the role
You will lead the project delivery teams across varied technical challenges, concentrated on the East Coast. Project durations typically last a few weeks up to a few months.
- You will drive team engagement, motivation and mentoring
- End to end project management for HSE, subcontractors, suppliers/materials, inspections and cost tracking
- We offer a stable project portfolio and the opportunity to mentor a junior team
About you You will be a proven Project Engineer or Manager, with previous experience in the geotechnical and slope stabilisation space, and enjoy leading a team on-site to make your projects a success. You are a confident and effective communicator, who easily adapts as the project pipeline develops. We offer a technically challenging leadership role, and a flexible and autonomous environment where your ideas are valued.
- Proven Project Engineer or Management experience driving outcomes
- Tertiary qualification in Civil, Geotechnical engineering, Engineering Geology or Construction management
- Previous experience in slope stabilisation and geotechnical related projects
- Effective stakeholder and cost management skills.
