About the role
Due to continuous growth and exciting new projects, Geovert is looking for a Geotechnical Site Supervisor to lead our team on a long-term project based in the East Coast, starting in November.
You’ll play a key role overseeing geotechnical operations and drilling activities, ensuring safety, quality, and project success. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone with strong technical understanding, great communication skills, and a passion for mentoring crews in the field.
About you
You’re an experienced Geotechnical Supervisor who leads by example and takes pride in delivering safe, high-quality work. You thrive in the field, enjoy mentoring crews, and have a strong understanding of geotechnical and drilling operations.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- Proven geotechnical experience on site-based projects
- IRATA Level 3 qualification (preferred)
- Drilling experience and solid technical knowledge
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, safety-first mindset and the ability to keep projects on track
