About the role
The Procurement Officer is responsible for Geovert’s commercial success in delivery, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and scope. You’ll manage end-to-end purchasing for our growing organisation, consolidating demand, sourcing competitively, negotiating pricing/terms, and keeping inventory flowing to programme.
You’ll collaborate with the leadership team as a hands-on Procurement Officer, partnering with Estimating, PMs, Engineering, Site teams and Legal to secure the materials, plant and subcontracted services that power Geovert’s geotechnical and natural hazard mitigation projects across infrastructure and mining. Day-to-day, you’ll own supplier and subcontractor relationships, run competitive sourcing and negotiations, draft and award POs/subcontracts, and drive value against budgets and savings targets.
