About the Role
Geovert is growing fast, and we’re on the hunt for Geotechnical Rope Access Technicians to join our projects across New Zealand. If you love working outdoors, enjoy a challenge, and thrive in a team environment – this role is for you!
You’ll get hands-on with geotechnical work: drilling, meshing, grouting, and shotcreting. No two days are the same, and travel may be required, so flexibility is required.
We are also considering Rope Techs from a construction or trades background. Even better. If you’re hardworking, safety-focused, and not afraid of heavy lifting or getting dirty, we want to hear from you.

About You
You’re a Rope Access Technician with a geotechnical background, ready to take on challenging projects across New Zealand. From slope stabilisation and rockfall mitigation to road upgrades and major infrastructure works – you bring a hands-on, safety-first approach.
- IRATA Rope Access certification (L1–L3)
- Experience in devegetation, scaling, and meshing for slope stabilisation
- WTR licence – highly regarded
- Skilled in mixing grout to spec and carrying out testing
