About the role 
Geovert thrives on repeat business and delivering technically challenging projects with bespoke plant equipment. You will collaborate closely with the General Counsel, Commercial and Engineering team. Supporting the operations team with sound advice, clarify commercial risk and how to effectively protect contract entitlements.   

• Commercial tenders and contract review 
• Provide in-house training on contractual obligations 
• Assist with contract negotiation, claims and disputes 
• Ensure cost trackers are up to date and relevant to specific projects 
• Create and review contract templates and documentation. 

About you 
You are a confident Junior Legal Counsel, who brings excellent communication and negotiations skills. Experience from a ground engineering construction contractor environment is ideal, and we equally support you if you want to make a change from client side.

• A proactive approach to contract law and risk analysis   
• Construction and Engineering industry experience  
• Strong commercial, contractual and financial acumen  
• Keen to join a continuously growing specialist construction contractor.
