About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled leader to join our team on a 2:1 roster, starting early January 2024.
This position is based in Greenbushes, just 3 hours from Perth, with camp accommodation provided for your convenience.
As a key member of our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering project excellence by leading and managing operations on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in all aspects of the project.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and engage site teams to maintain a positive and productive culture.
- Foster open communication, collaboration, and alignment with project goals.
- Interpret client specifications and construction drawings, ensuring accurate execution of project deliverables.
- Oversee weekly project programming and reporting to ensure timelines are met.
- Track project costs, manage variations, and oversee EOTs and payment claims.
- Handle material purchases, procurement, and the raising of purchase orders to maintain project flow.
- Maintain Quality Assurance standards, ensuring all ITP reports are completed accurately.
- Drive adherence to site safety practices and regulatory compliance.
About youProven Geotechnical Project Manager with a strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills. We offer a technically challenging and varied leadership role and a flexible and autonomous environment where your ideas are valued.
- Geotechnical Drilling industry experience ideally in mining
- Civil engineering qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Strong capability to interpret technical documents and client specifications.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse teams.
