About the role
Geovert thrives on repeat business and delivering technically challenging projects with bespoke plant equipment. You will collaborate closely with the in-house Legal Counsel, Commercial and Engineering team. Supporting the operations team with sound advice, clarify commercial risk and how to effectively protect contract entitlements.
- Commercial tenders and contract review
- Provide in-house training on contractual obligations
- Assist with contract negotiation, claims and disputes
- Ensure cost trackers are up to date and relevant to specific projects
- Create and review contract templates and documentation.
About you You are a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor, who brings excellent communication and negotiations skills. Experience from a ground engineering construction contractor environment is ideal, and we equally support you if you want to make a change from client side.
- A proactive approach to Quantity Surveying
- Ground Engineering industry experience
- Strong commercial, contractual and financial acumen
- Keen to join a continuously growing specialist construction contractor.
