About the role 
Geovert thrives on repeat business and delivering technically challenging projects with bespoke plant equipment. You will collaborate closely with the in-house Legal Counsel, Commercial and Engineering team. Supporting the operations team with sound advice, clarify commercial risk and how to effectively protect contract entitlements.   

• Commercial tenders and contract review 
• Provide in-house training on contractual obligations 
• Assist with contract negotiation, claims and disputes 
• Ensure cost trackers are up to date and relevant to specific projects 
• Create and review contract templates and documentation. 

About you 
You are a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor, who brings excellent communication and negotiations skills. Experience from a ground engineering construction contractor environment is ideal, and we equally support you if you want to make a change from client side. 

• A proactive approach to Quantity Surveying  
• Ground Engineering industry experience  
• Strong commercial, contractual and financial acumen  
• Keen to join a continuously growing specialist construction contractor.
