As a 1st Year Apprentice Panel Beater, you will have the exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in repairing and restoring vehicle bodywork.

Throughout your apprenticeship, you will be employed by CCGT and will work day-to-day with our host employer in order to receive your on-the-job training in the industry

ABOUT THE HOST EMPLOYER:
Our Host Employer is a well established business dealing in all aspects of the automotive industry.
They're now looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated & reliable individual with a keen interest in automotive repair to join their busy team!
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Assist in disassembling vehicles
- Label parts and store accordingly
- Learn and apply various panel beating techniques to achieve high quality results
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures in the workshop
- Assist in the repair and replacement of damaged vehicle panels
- Reassemble vehicles as per Job Sheet
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
DESIRED QUALITIES:
- A great work ethic
- Enthusiasm and passion for the automotive industry
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and components
- Ability to work well in a team and take direction from experienced professionals
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Driver's Licence preferred
Working Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 4:06 pm, with the potential for over-time.
As part of this Apprenticeship, you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology through OFF the Job Training at TAFE NSW - Glendale Campus over a period of 48 months.
