This role is open to a 1st Year Light Vehicle Mechanical Apprentice ready to start their journey in the trade.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED...
- Current Driver’s Licence and own vehicle
- Genuine interest in the automotive industry
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING...
Working full-time Monday to Friday 38 hours per week (8:00am-4:06pm), your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- General housekeeping and workshop duties
- Assisting qualified technicians with vehicle servicing
- Supporting repair and maintenance work
- Test driving vehicles when required
- Learning diagnostic and mechanical skills on the job
- Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment
As part of this apprenticeship, you will be PAID to complete a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology through structured off-the-job training.
