WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING...
This is a full-time role, working Monday-Friday, 38 hours per week, 8:45am – 5:06 pm with some rostered Saturdays required
Your day-to-day will include:
- Supporting property managers with inspections, listings, entry & exit reports and tenant/owner communications
- Answering calls and emails with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude
- Assisting with property enquiries and keeping key databases and systems up to date
- Travelling between properties for routine inspections, open homes & client appointments
- Helping with property maintenance & issues liaising with trades, tenants & landlords to ensure efficient & high level maintenance
- Providing outstanding customer service to landlords, tenants, and prospective clients
- Handling general PM admin tasks, mail, and documentation like applications, leases new & renewals, inspection bookings and much more...
As part of this Traineeship, you’ll be paid to study a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice — gaining real-world experience and nationally recognised qualifications over 24 months.
