Our Host Employer is a well-established and respected industry association and Registered Training Organisation based in Somersby. The organisation supports businesses across the cabinetmaking, furniture and design sector and is known for excellent customer service, attention to detail and a strong, collaborative culture.
They are now looking for a Trainee Administration Assistant to support their RTO operations, while also assisting the association with general administration tasks when required, with the potential to grow into a valued part of the team.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and purpose-driven organisation while building essential admin and communication skills.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING...
Working full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:36pm, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Supporting customers, students and trainers with enquiries
- Accurate data entry into CRM and student management systems
- Filing, scanning, document preparation and basic desktop publishing
- Coordinating office supplies and liaising with external providers
- Assisting with certificates, training plans, reports and events
- General housekeeping and office support
- Providing administration support to the wider team as needed
As part of this traineeship, you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Business Administration through on-the-job training over a 12-month period.
This role is due to commence on Monday, 2 February 2026.
