WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH...
Our Host Employer is part of a large public health organisation with over 50 years of service. Based on the Central Coast, they deliver essential services to local communities and offer a stable, supportive and safety-focused work environment.
They're now looking for a 3rd/4th Year Apprentice Plumber to join their maintenance operations team and begin an exciting trade career in plumbing!
This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a structured environment while working alongside qualified tradespeople.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED...
- A strong interest in plumbing or hands-on work
- A reliable and safety-conscious attitude
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Physically fit and ready for manual labour
- Ability to work in a team environment
- A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING...
Working full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Assisting tradespeople with plumbing maintenance jobs
- Learning to install, repair and maintain plumbing systems
- Supporting planned and reactive maintenance works
- Working safely across hospital and health-related sites
- Following all WHS policies and hygiene protocols
- General workshop and tool maintenance
- Travelling between sites with team members as needed
This role is expected to start in 2026.
As part of this apprenticeship, you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Plumbing through off-the-job training, over a period of approximately 4 years.
