WHAT YOU’LL NEED...
- A strong interest in business administration, compliance, and project delivery
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING...
Working full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, your duties will include:
- Providing administrative support to the project team and senior staff
- Assisting with data entry, document formatting, and file management
- Supporting compliance processes and system updates
- Liaising with contractors and clients professionally
- Maintaining accurate project records and documentation
- Using Microsoft Office and business systems to complete tasks
- Assisting with procurement and contract administration
- Participating in mentoring and professional development sessions
As part of this traineeship, you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Business through on-the-job training over a period of 12 months.
