With a strong community and family-focused culture, they’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Apprentice Grounds and Maintenance Officer to join their busy team and help maintain beautiful, safe outdoor spaces.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED...
- Driver’s Licence preferred
- Motivation to learn and take initiative
- Genuine interest in gardening and outdoor maintenance
- Willingness to work as part of a team and follow safety procedures
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING...
Working full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Mowing, brush cutting, hedge trimming and general garden care
- Planting, weeding, mulching, and tree trimming
- General property upkeep including basic plumbing and lighting fixes
- Blower use, rubbish and green waste management
- Renovation support and installing minor modifications like grab rails
- Pathway and garden repairs, fertilising, spraying, and drainage maintenance
- Supporting tradespeople and assisting with resident maintenance requests
As part of this apprenticeship, you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Parks and Gardens through off-the-job training at TAFE NSW Ourimbah Campus, over a 48-month period.
