They're now looking for a motivated and friendly Trainee Customer Service Representative to join their busy customer service team and build the foundations for a rewarding career in administration.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING...
Working full-time Monday to Friday on rotating shifts, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
Providing exceptional customer service to a range of clients
Managing bookings, enquiries, and daily scheduling
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with filing, scanning, and general office admin
Handling mail and email correspondence
Supporting the CSR team with additional tasks as needed
As part of this Traineeship, you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Business Administration through ON THE JOB training over a period of 12 months.
