Throughout your traineeship, you will be employed by CCGT and will work day-to-day with our host employer to receive your on-the-job training in the industry.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Trainee Early Childhood Educator to join our dedicated team. This is the perfect chance to earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience in early childhood education while completing your nationally recognised qualification.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Supervising and engaging with children in play and daily activities
- Assisting with craft, music, movement, and language activities
- Supporting children during mealtimes and rest periods
- Helping to create safe, positive, and nurturing environments
- Working alongside a qualified team and showing initiative as part of the Centre’s philosophy
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Requirements: - Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain
- National Criminal History Check or willingness to obtain
- Driver’s Licence (due to rural location – own transport required)
As part of this Traineeship, you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Early Childhood Eduction and Care through ON the Job Training at ECTARC (Early Childhood Training and Professional Development) over a period of 18 months.
