CCGT, the Central Coast’s trusted apprenticeship and traineeship employer for over 40 years, is now recruiting a Trainee Office Administrator to join our Host Employer—a family-run business specialising in materials handling and warehouse design solutions, operating for nearly four decades. Based in West Gosford, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a tight-knit, professional team.



As a Trainee Office Administrator, you’ll support daily operations to keep the office running smoothly:

• Providing general admin support to a small, friendly team
• Managing phone and email communication
• Organising office procedures and maintaining a tidy workspace
• Assisting in report preparation, presentations, and document formatting
• Coordinating stationery supplies and filing
• Supporting invoicing and marketing tasks
• Working with Microsoft Office and Reckon Accounting Software
• Learning CAD software for warehouse design tasks

• Study While You Work – Earn a Certificate III in Business (Business Administration)
• Full-Time Hours – Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:06 PM
• Paid Traineeship – Earn while you learn with structured on-the-job training over 12 months
• Location – Based in a modern West Gosford office, Central Coast

• A friendly, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• Valid driver’s licence and access to transport
• Polished, professional customer service
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment
• Previous admin experience is a bonus, but not essential
