ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Host Employer is a fast-paced, family-run business that specialises in home improvement products and services, operating across both showroom and factory settings. The team is close-knit, customer-focused, and values reliability, trust, and a can-do attitude.
They're now looking for a motivated and flexible Office All-Rounder Trainee to join their crew and develop across multiple areas of the business.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Working Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 1:00pm (20 hours/week), your responsibilities will include:
- General admin, data entry & maintaining client files
- Lead screening and managing new job files
- Answering phones and assisting clients via email
- Sending quotes (and possibly quoting orders down the track)
- Invoicing and basic accounts support
- General cleaning duties and factory help as required
- Assisting customers in the showroom
