ABOUT THE HOST EMPLOYER:
An opportunity has become available with a well-established, reputable local employer in Morisset! With over 30 years in the business, they manufacture kitchen cabinets, doors, wardrobes as flat packs or assembled.
They are seeking a Trainee Factory Allrounder to join their dynamic team in Morisset in the manufacture of all aspects of kitchen cabinetry & also deliveries, (Manufacturer only, no onsite work).
DESIRED QUALITIES:
- A valid driver’s license
- Eagerness and the ability to work well within a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach to tasks
- Professional attitude, punctual with a strong work ethic
- Forklift Licence preferred
- Previous CNC experience a bonus but not necessary
- Excellent safety awareness
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Labouring work with respect to kitchen cabinet making
- Dowling wrapping, cleaning, loading deliveries, assembling cabinetry
- Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace
