We are seeking a vibrant, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the team as a Senior/Property Manager.

This role is Monday to Friday, no weekend work, plus enjoy a competitive remuneration package with car park and all allowances paid, as well as KPI bonuses!!

You'll have autonomy over a very manageable portfolio, the ability to work with an exceptional array of properties.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity to build your career. You will be managing a portfolio of residential properties which will involve most aspects of day to day property management.

The Role:

• Liaise with tenants and landlords regarding the day to day management of their properties
• Relationship management
• Rental reviews
• Managing Tenancy Arrears
• NCAT Hearings
• Repairs and maintenance
• Compliance 
• Achieving set KPI's & reporting to your Department Manager
• 160 properties primarily apartments in Sydney City ad fringes
• Leasing and Admin assistance

Skills and experience 

• Current NSW Driver License 
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Conflict Resolution
• Have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• To work within a strong team based environment
