• Salary Package: Up to $75K Plus Super 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support a senior property manager with amazing leadership support, loads of training, and development.
• Utilise Ailo software for seamless property management.
• Entry, exit and routine inspections
• Maintenance administration
• Reporting and communication with tenants
• General ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Valid NSW Real Estate certificate of registration OR Class 2 license 
• Customer service focused
• Must have previous experience in Real Estate
• NSW driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Confident ability with portfolio management
