Our client is looking for a Strata Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of buildings, including residential, commercial, industrial, and Community Associations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and committees, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor on all strata matters.
• Lead and facilitate Annual General Meetings and committee meetings, guiding stakeholders to make informed decisions.
• Prepare accurate budgets, agendas, and meeting minutes, with the support of dedicated internal teams.
• Apply your knowledge of strata legislation to provide sound advice and ensure effective by-law enforcement.
• Oversee repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks to maintain the safety and integrity of each building.

About You:

• Experience: At least 2 years as a Strata Manager, with knowledge of commercial schemes.
• Legislation Knowledge: Strong understanding of strata laws and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Relationship Building: You enjoy creating positive relationships, finding win-win solutions, and turning challenges into opportunities.
• Proactive & Results-Driven: You take action, deliver on commitments, and take pride in achieving goals.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and well-versed in financial reports and budgets.
