Are you an experienced Team Leader/ Head of Department? We’re on the hunt for a driven and organised Head of Property Management to lead a well-established team and manage a diverse portfolio of properties across the beautiful Hawkesbury region.

The Role

As the Head of Property Management, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of 3–4 Property Managers, offering day-to-day support, mentoring, and guidance. Alongside your leadership duties, you'll manage your own portfolio of approximately 100 properties, consisting of both residential and commercial assets, all located within the Hawkesbury area - so local knowledge is a big plus!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop a small team of Property Managers
• Manage a portfolio of approx. 100 properties (mixed residential & commercial)
• Ensure compliance and exceptional service delivery
• Implement and streamline systems and procedures
• Act as the key point of contact for high-level landlord and tenant matters
• Work closely with the leadership team to drive performance and growth

About You

• Minimum 7 years of Property Management experience
• Proven experience in managing or mentoring a team
• Strong knowledge of NSW legislation
• High level of organisation, communication, and leadership skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Current Real Estate Licence NSW
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
