Due to growth, our client is seeking a motivated and dedicated Junior Commercial Leasing Agent to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to kick-start their career in the commercial real estate industry. As a Junior Commercial Leasing Agent, you will assist in the leasing and sales of commercial properties, service client and tenant needs, support senior staff and contribute to the growth and success of the business.

Key responsibilities will be:

• Client Liaising & Meetings
• Negotiate deals
• Instruction to Solicitors and provide commercial advice on lease matters
• Submission preparation and presentation
• Market Research – Contribute to research publications and presentations
• Sales & Leasing Enquiry Liaising
• Coordinating tenant, buyer & consultant inspections
• Client Reporting
• Tenant/Buyer Follow up
• Seek & secure new listings
• Prepare Agency Agreements
• Prepare Agency/Listing Submissions
• Liaise with marketing agents and clients on marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• Must have a Certificate IV in Real Estate or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience as a Leasing Agent or Sales Agent in Real Estate highly regarded
• Own a reliable car and a valid driver’s license
• Previous Real estate experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a keen interest in commercial real estate
