With a commitment to delivering outstanding results through transparency and collaboration, they are now seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join their team.
  
About the Role:
This role is perfect for a proactive and highly organized professional with experience in both sales administration and marketing within the real estate industry. You will support the sales team while driving marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage administrative tasks related to sales campaigns
• Liaise with solicitors, settlement agents, clients, and customers.
• Assist in the preparation of property reports, disclosure statements, and sales documentation.
• Manage and update the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.
• Support client communication throughout the sales process.
• Organize team and client meetings, including minute-taking and action tracking.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage social media platforms, websites, and landing pages.
• Coordinate marketing materials, including brochures, EDMs, and presentations.
• Arrange signage, events, styling, and promotional activities.
• Work closely with external agencies and suppliers to ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Oversee marketing budgets and timelines, ensuring all approvals and deadlines are met.

About You:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a real estate sales administration or marketing role.
• Strong knowledge of residential real estate legislation.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with CRM management and digital marketing tools.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive and professional approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
