About the Role

We’re looking for a part-time Property Manager to oversee a well-maintained portfolio of 100 properties within 10km of the office. You’ll have the flexibility to choose your hours—whether it’s three full days or school hours, we’ll work with you!

You’ll be backed by a full-time assistant property manager and a dedicated trust accountant, ensuring you have the support needed to focus on delivering outstanding service.

Your Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of a well-maintained portfolio
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients
• Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations with strong administrative support

Skills & Experience

• 1–2+ years’ experience in Property Management
• Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 License
• Professional presentation with strong communication skills
• A people person with a passion for customer service
• Proficiency in Property Tree or REST software
• Ability to work autonomously while being part of a fun, collaborative team
