Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of 200 properties with full support, ensuring efficient and high service standards.
• Communicate with tenants and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct entry and exit inspections and create detailed reports.
• Perform routine inspections and manage arrears and maintenance.
• Work with structured and organized systems to ensure efficient property management.

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Property Manager.
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-efficient, highly organised, and able to work autonomously.
