Key Responsibilities

• No leasing or trust accounting required!
• Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
• Managing clients and their investment properties in a well-maintained portfolio
• Follow processes, procedures, and checklists with attention to detail
• Get exposure to all facets of the property management division
• Attend to routines, entry and exit inspections as required
• Maintain the property maintenance and ensure all properties are maintained to the highest care
• Arrears management

Requirements:

• 2-5 years portfolio Property management experience 
• Valid NSW certificate of registration or class 2 licence
• Customer service focused
• Drivers licence and reliable vehicle
• Confident ability with portfolio management
