Our client, a highly regarded agency based in Barangaroo, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support a Senior Property Manager with a well-maintained portfolio.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist with tenant inquiries, lease agreements, and rent collection.
• Coordinate maintenance requests
• Maintain records, reports, and property documentation.
• Support marketing and leasing efforts for vacant units.
• Ensure compliance with property policies and regulations.
• Conduct ingoings, routines and outgoing inspections
• Handle tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to policies.
• Assist in leasing activities, including conducting property tours, processing applications, and executing lease agreements.
• Assist in marketing vacant units through online listings, social media, and community outreach.
• Monitor market trends and rental rates to stay competitive.
• Organize and participate in open houses or promotional events.

Skills/ Experience:

• Previous experience in property management, leasing, or real estate preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Rent Manager) is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
