The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established network, becoming part of a high-performing Property Management team.

This role is perfect for someone eager to advance their real estate career while working alongside top professionals who manage and list some of the most prestigious properties in the market.

You will work within a fast-paced Property Management Department and oversee a meticulously maintained portfolio.

Responsibilities Include:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring clear and effective communication
• Managing lease negotiations, facilitating lease agreements, and overseeing lease renewals
• Coordinating property repairs and maintenance, working closely with contractors and tradespeople to ensure timely solutions
• Organizing and attending property inspections, handling inquiries with professionalism and expertise
• Processing tenant applications, conducting reference checks, and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete
• Conducting ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections, and preparing detailed condition reports for property management

The Requirements:

• Previous Real Estate experience is highly desirable
• Current QLD Real Estate License
• Australian Driver’s License and own vehicle is essential
• Excellent communication skills
