On behalf of a national project delivery client, we are recruiting a highly skilled Electrical Project Engineer to manage on-site engineering functions, overseeing a team of Project Engineers, Cost/Planning Engineers, and other engineering staff. The role involves ensuring accurate design integration, quality control of materials and equipment, and adherence to site plans and specifications. Responsibilities include coordinating the engineering team, scheduling workloads, and providing both technical and administrative guidance to ensure project goals are met efficiently and within budget.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering functions and team members, including Project and Cost/Planning Engineers.
• Ensure detailed designs and construction specifications are based on relevant design parameters.
• Monitor and verify the quality and quantity of materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with site plans.
• Coordinate and guide the engineering team to achieve project objectives efficiently.
• Ensure project completion on time, within budget, and maintain records of work, costs, and materials.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor / Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in delivering projects from start to finish.
• Expertise in delivering complex infrastructure projects, particularly electrical commercial works.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
