We are seeking experienced Contract Administrators for multiple vacancies with commercial builders across Southeast Queensland (SEQ). If you have local commercial building experience and are looking for your next opportunity, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

As a Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery, ensuring financial control, and managing subcontractor agreements. These positions offer the chance to work with established builders on diverse commercial projects across SEQ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and procurement agreements.
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
• Assess, process, and approve subcontractor and supplier claims, variations, and progress payments.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks throughout project delivery.
• Assist in project forecasting, cash flow analysis, and reporting to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless communication between stakeholders.
• Support the Project Manager in managing timelines, procurement, and contract administration.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the commercial construction sector within Queensland.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement, and commercial management within the construction industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
